Our Mission

The Rainforest Institute was founded to distill and pass on life and business principles embedded in nature to help people around the world succeed in life as they reach for their dreams. To accomplish this we offer daily email, monthly coaching newsletter, 24 / 7 access to our Rainforest Learning Lab, plus group and individual coaching.

We provide hands on training, executive roundtables, mentoring and resources to people who lead - whether corporate executives, entrepreneurs and home-based business operators or government servants, non-profit organizations and Non-Governmental Organizations.

Our coaches work by coming alongside clients, seeking first to understand their needs, discern the root causes of their current challenges and wisely lead them to solutions found along the path to mastery. Our job is to lovingly, firmly and consistently help them do what they know they must do so they can experience the fullness of their God breathed vision.

We will rain information on our clients in abundance, then work with them to transform that information into wisdom and understanding that produces results. We recognize that every client is at a different place along the continuum of life and will never knowingly encourage them to take any action that is not in their best interest. Neither will we shy away from strongly encouraging them to take any positive action we believe is in their best interest.

We see the day in the not too distant future when our coaches will travel to under privileged nations and form thousands of partnerships in the form of newly created micro businesses, then mentor the principals, and create a path for full ownership for them once the new business can buy out the coach.

We see the day when people will line up for the opportunity to be mentored by the Rainforest Institute in places like Haiti and Nicaragua, Nigeria and Kenya, Thailand and Singapore, Slovenia and Estonia. We have the answers and they have not only the need, but in most cases they have more desire than the average Westerner. We can transform cultures, maybe not completely in our generation, but we can begin a work that will leave a righteous footprint in every marketplace in the world.

We hope to awaken folks to the fact that we are all charged with the responsibility of stewardship for the planet on which we live. It is the only one we have and it is possible to balance competing interests of industry and basic human needs. We must act responsibly with wisdom or experience the consequences of irresponsibility and folly.

Michael Pink is the founder of the Rainforest Institute, an organization dedicated to helping individuals and companies get more done with less stress, while growing profits, eliminating waste and regaining control of their life and time.

He does seminars and/or serves clients in Europe, Central America, the Caribbean, Canada and the United States.

He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Zagreb in Croatia, University of Miami, Regent University, Charleston Southern University and Cedarville University.

He currently leads Rainforest Roundtables for entrepreneurs and business executives at a five star luxury accommodation nestled in a lush rainforest in the Republic of Panama where the high productivity secrets of the rainforest are distilled and passed on in a roundtable format.
